Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Of all the shampoos I've used so far, this one has the best scent. It has an aromatic fragrance that is very soothing while shampooing. However, it may have been too heavy for my hair type, as it ended up flat after I dried it. I have fine, fine hair that is prone to drying and flattening, and although it helped to reduce the dryness...unfortunately, I won't be buying it again. *I loved the scent so much that I couldn't give up, so I also bought the hair mask. The hair mask wasn't too heavy for my hair type, and it made it soft and supple, which was great! (I use a different shampoo.)
It smells so good. The treatment effect is amazing. I love the way my hair smells when I get into bed before going to sleep. It reduces friction on my hair before going to sleep, so it leaves it smooth and moisturized down to every strand the next morning. I love touching my hair with my hands. The blue bottle, which evokes the feeling of night, is also lovely. Be careful, you must use the shampoo and treatment together to get the full effect.
I really like the scent. It's soothing. It's moisturizing, so it might be too heavy for summer. I use it in the fall and winter when my skin tends to get dry.
It didn't suit me! It creaked! But it's popular, isn't it? I wonder if it suits some people.
The packaging is cute. That's it. There's nothing particularly good about it. I won't buy it again.
