What it is
"Medicated Lululun Sensitive Skin & Moisturizing" is a medicated face mask that combines the dual benefits of sensitive skin and moisturizing. Formulated with dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, an active ingredient derived from licorice, a traditional Japanese herb, it prevents rough skin and acne. Use it as a talisman against sudden rough skin or acne. (Quasi-drug)
Ingredients
Dipotassium glycyrrhizinate. Other Concentrated glycerin, 1,3-butylene glycol, sorbitol fermented polysaccharide solution, N-stearoyl phytosphingosine, edelweiss extract, lavender extract (1), carrot extract, carboxyvinyl polymer, xanthan gum, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, potassium hydroxide, disodium edetate, purified water.
How to use
1. Fit the eye and mouth areas to your face. 2. Leave on for 15-30 minutes, then remove. 3. Fold the mask, wipe off, and gently pat onto skin. Follow with lotion or cream. 4. For best results, use once or twice a week in addition to your regular skincare routine.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I had high hopes for this product because it was medicated, but I couldn't really tell any difference in how it felt compared to other packs.
I bought this to reduce downtime at a beauty clinic. I used it at my own risk after a Ruby Fractional treatment. I actually wanted a La Roche-Posay mask, but they were nowhere to be found... (maybe only available online?), so I used this instead. It calms the stinging and dryness, and is pretty good. I applied La Roche-Posay cica cream after this. I think it was a good combination. It's recommended to use it about once a week, so I'll use it again if I have downtime.
The liquid is soaked in so well that it doesn't dry out easily, and it feels moisturized! It seems a bit pricey considering it's only four sheets, but I'd like to continue using it.
Very easy to use and low irritation
The fabric feels like gauze, which is the first time I've seen it in Lululun! It says to leave it on for 15 or 30 minutes, but I thought 30 minutes would be too drying, so I only left it on for 15 minutes. It moisturizes well, but there's no particular scent.
