Frequently Asked Questions
Is this authentic?
Yes. We only buy from official retailers and directly from the brands here in Japan. Never resellers, never grey market stock.
We are beauty lovers too, so we know the worry, especially with something you are putting on your face. Authenticity is 100% guaranteed by us.
How and when should I use it?
After your skincare, dab a thin layer only onto dark spots. Use it at night, patch test first, and always wear sunscreen the next day.
Do I apply it all over my face?
No. It is a targeted spot treatment, so dab it only onto the dark spots you want to treat, not across the whole face, and avoid broken skin.
Why is sunscreen important with it?
Hydroquinone can make skin more sensitive to sunlight, so daily sunscreen is essential to protect skin and keep results from reversing.
Does it need a patch test?
Yes. Because it contains 4 percent pure hydroquinone, patch test first and stop use if you notice irritation.

Simply add this to your regular skincare routine for intensive care. I use it on my temples, where I'm concerned about dark spots. It's a tube-type cream. It's small, containing 5g, but since it's only used on the areas of concern, it's the perfect amount to use up in a month! It's a thick white cream that spreads easily, so a small amount is enough for one area! Apply it in a thin layer, patting it on. It's not sticky, so it's easy to use.
I tried Plus Kirei Plus Nano HQ More, a beauty care cream that protects your skin and shows off your natural beauty.Actually, I'm currently using Plus Kirei's Wrinkle Moist Cream, which is a skincare product that is very easy to use and leaves my skin feeling radiant. It's one of my favorite products, and the Plus Nano HQ More I tried this time contains 4% pure hydroquinone, which provides intensive care for skin problems. It's a simple product that you can add to your regular skincare routine, so it's recommended for lazy people too. What is hydroquinone? This ingredient, found in strawberries, blueberries, and coffee, conditions the skin and targets specific skin concerns. Its 4% concentration is noteworthy, as it's the perfect concentration for home care cosmetics. It also contains many other ingredients known for their beauty benefits, including apple stem cell extract, astaxanthin, and human ceramide. It also contains a retinol vitamin A derivative, which is less irritating than pure retinol and firmer the skin. It's a small cream, but it's packed with essential skin ingredients. Use it at the end of your usual skincare routine, after lotion, serum, and cream. Apply a small amount to problem areas, not your entire face. When using it in the morning, be sure to apply sunscreen! The texture is smooth and spreads easily. It's a slightly heavy cream that wraps around your skin concerns.
It's been exactly one month since I started using this product, and around the second or third week, the outline of my dark spots has blurred and become noticeably lighter. I purchased it online, and it contains 4% hydroquinone. I previously used this manufacturer's 4% hydroquinone, but the area where I applied it turned bright red and developed bumps and itching, so I stopped using it. This product seems to contain new beauty ingredients to make it less irritating than the previous product, and I certainly haven't experienced any bumps or itchiness. However, from the second or third day of use, for about a week, the area where I applied it became red (it was enough to cover up with concealer). Some people may not experience any irritation at all, while others may experience itching or bumps that prevent them from using it, so it's difficult to recommend this product. It definitely seems to be effective for me. Since it's simply applied to the dark spots at the end of my skincare routine, I felt that the irritation from the hydroquinone was less severe the more I applied other products, such as lotion and serum, afterwards. I have also used low-concentration products such as Ampoule's hydroquinone serum and Belulu's hydroquinone serum, which have a concentration of 1-2%, but while they did not cause any irritation to me, the effects, such as fading of blemishes, were gradual and difficult to notice.
