Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a little on the larger side, but it feels so much better than using your fingers to massage your stiff neck or face! It has three different angles, so you can change it depending on the area you want to massage. However, since it's ceramic, you have to be careful not to drop it and break it!
It's good because it's refreshing! It's made of ceramic, so I'm sure it will break if I drop it... After reading the instructions, I have to wash it with detergent every time I use it, which is a bit of a hassle.

I bought this to improve lymphatic flow. There were so many different materials and shapes to choose from, but I was hesitant to choose one. I also had other purchases on Suzykirei, so I narrowed it down and decided on this one. It's ceramic, so I knew it would break if dropped and would be a pain to handle, but I decided to give it a try. Cons: It's time-consuming: Since you use it on your face and neck, it's a pain to sterilize it before and after use. It's also gross to use it on your face while it's still wet, so I wipe it off with a tissue. After use, the guasha gets dirty with skincare products, so I have to wipe it with a wet wipe again. Since I can't store it while it's still wet, I have to wipe it with a tissue. I do this carefully, trying not to drop any of the cream. It uses up a lot of cream: I need to apply more than usual, especially on the neck and décolleté, so it doesn't slide well, and I have to make sure it's sticky. Pros: It's easy to use on the back of the neck and shoulders, which are difficult to do with your hands, and it feels good. It really does leave my neck and shoulders feeling refreshed. I hope this helps someone.
My nasolabial folds have become thinner. I massaged it as instructed, and I was surprised to see that the bulldog-like sagging skin on my cheeks, which was actually caused by wrinkles, disappeared. I never knew massage was necessary (lol). It feels like the swelling is going away! It feels so good. I previously used a ReFa roller, but it made my skin sagging worse and my nasolabial folds deeper, so I've been hesitant to do it myself, but with this, I think I can keep doing it. It's designed for facials, but I also use it to massage my legs. It's small, but I think it's perfectly usable. It also reduced leg fatigue and swelling. This is my first time using a gua sha, so I can't compare it to other products, but I'm happy with its simple design and the fact that I can use it in the bath. However, when I apply gel, it becomes slippery and difficult to hold. Are there any non-slip products? It seems like it would be difficult to massage if it wasn't slippery, so I guess that's just how gua shas are.
