What it is
This Avène Thermal Spring Water* moisturizing cream gently and comfortably conditions sensitive skin while soothing it. It soothes dryness, replenishes the skin's moisture barrier, and prevents it from becoming sensitive. Its non-greasy texture blends seamlessly into the skin, enveloping it. How to use
In the morning and evening, after applying lotion, gently apply to the entire face and neck. The recommended usage is two pumps for the entire face. .Keep out of reach of infants and young children. .Do not store in extremely hot or cold places or in direct sunlight. .After use, for hygienic reasons, wipe the dispenser and the inside of the cap thoroughly with tissue before closing. .Due to the unique airtight container that prevents the introduction of germs, please do not open the tube container until it is completely used up.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I had some itching on my cheeks and forehead, possibly due to the change of seasons or pollen, but the itching and redness weren't bad enough to warrant a trip to the doctor, so this cream helped.◎ It's moisturizing but not sticky, so I think I can use it regardless of the season. I'll keep using it for a while and see how it goes.
