Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a good moisturizing effect
It has a citrus scent, but the initial smell of alcohol bothers me. The pack itself is thicker than most masks of this type, and since the contents are gel rather than liquid, it adheres incredibly well to your face. Even if you use a hair dryer while wearing it, it won't budge (lol). When using the individually wrapped masks, I'll use it at my own risk, even adding a solid mask I bought at a 100 yen store to the remaining liquid... but perhaps because it's gel rather than liquid, the sticky remaining liquid (lol) didn't absorb the solid mask, and I couldn't use the remaining liquid as a mask (at my own risk).
I like the scent of N Organics and their other products, so I bought this one because the point redemption rate was high. The scent was quite strong. I like the scent, but some people might not like it. The pack feels like it's packed with serum, but it doesn't drip, which is really great. I used it in the morning, and it didn't interfere with my next skincare routine or makeup, and it left my skin feeling soft and supple. The price is a bit steep for me, so I'll try buying other varieties when the point redemption rate is high, or as a treat for myself.
I was able to buy just one at the drugstore, so I tried it out. What I like about it is that the serum doesn't drip. I don't like it when my neck gets all wet, so I'm glad that it's a jelly-like serum. The scent is supposed to be citrus, but I didn't really notice it. Maybe the scent is a little weak. The price is reasonable for occasional use, so I think I'll buy a box.
I've been using this product for a long time. The scent and moisturizing effect are both perfect. I wish there were five sheets per box instead of four.
