Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have sensitive skin, so masks don't suit me, so I've never used them. However, as I've gotten older, I've always had skin concerns, so I was looking for something that would suit my skin, and that's when I found this mask and tried it out. The mask is soaked in a thick, emulsion-like serum. For any areas that don't fit or that stick out around the nose, I trim it with scissors to make it fit better. It also smells great. After use, my skin feels radiant and plump. The next morning, it remains radiant and moisturized. My skin, which was lacking in nutrients, feels revitalized. I really like it, so if it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, I'd like to use it once a week. I'll definitely buy it again.
It's a little pricey, but it's great for dry winter weather.
I have widely spaced eyes, but this sheet mask worked without any problems. I like that the eye area folds over, so I can pack right up to the very edge of my eyes. However, I was disappointed that there was a large cut next to my nostrils, leaving quite a bit of space... The scent and feel were great, so I'd be happy if the shape was improved.
