I love the scent and always buy it again. I like the body butter because it's moisturizing.
I love the scent! It's quite strong, so some people may not like it, but when I put it on and go to sleep, I'm enveloped in a lovely scent and feel relaxed. The texture is easy to spread, so it's easy to apply to the body. It's very moisturizing, so I feel safe just applying it after a bath. However, since it's only 200ml, it might run out quickly if I apply it all over my body, so I only apply it to areas where I'm concerned about dryness.
The revived jasmine scent. For Spring and Autumn, butter is too heavy, and yogurt isn't moisturizing enough, so I went with cream. Jasmine scents always remind me of an old man's head, which I'm not a big fan of, but I buy it because I try all of The Body Shop's creams. The Body Shop's jasmine scent is relatively sweet, and I can't help but notice the old man's head (pomade) smell. I regret not choosing a different scent, but it's quite moisturizing, and the next day it's not as smooth as butter or yogurt. It's not as firm as butter, but it feels firmer than the other Body Shop creams. The scent is the strongest of all The Body Shop creams, and it seems to linger until the next day. I wish the lavender scent was both moisturizing and fragrant. Still, The Body Shop's creams don't itch, and they prevent chronic dryness, so I can't give them up. Their creams these days are a bit pricey, so I always end up going back to The Body Shop. If you don't like jasmine, this isn't for you.
It moisturizes well without being too sticky. It's a thick cream, so it may not spread very well. I love the jasmine scent, so I'll be buying it again.
I can't count how many times I've repurchased it! I absolutely love the scent, and I don't feel like using anything else. Lately, it's often out of stock online, and I'm always worried it's going to be discontinued. It seems to be a popular scent, so I don't think it will be discontinued, but I hope it continues to be sold as is. I've used many other Body Shop body butters, but I love this one the most for its scent, texture, and feel. I've been using it for about five years, since the previous version. I lent it to my sister, and she said she also liked it and keeps buying it.
