Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a refreshing yet sweet scent and goes on smoothly.
It has a wonderful scent and is comfortable to use. I apply it in the bath after my shower. It has a thick texture, but it absorbs quickly into my skin. It moisturizes my extremely dry skin!! It's not sticky at all!! In the winter, using this alone can make my skin dry and itchy, so I apply a generous amount of lotion first, and then this butter!!
I bought this expecting it to be a heavier cream, but it was surprisingly light. It softens with body heat as soon as you put it in your hands, so it spreads easily and is comfortable to use. I bought it for winter, but the moisturizing power wasn't enough for some areas. The scent was strong, but not unpleasant, so I got used to it quickly. The scent lasted the next day, so I tried not to wear perfume when using this.
I usually use body butter, but this time I bought the body cream. As expected, the cream is moisturizing when first applied, but it quickly becomes dry, and for my dry winter skin, it's not enough... My impression is that even though it's dry, it seems to be moisturizing from the inside. It has a nice scent, and I think I'll enjoy using it for a while as a before-bed care routine.
I've been buying this product for a while now and it's a repeat purchase. The scent isn't too strong and is just refreshing, which I like. I'll buy it again when I run out!
