Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I heard that there is an interesting facial cleanser that changes in three stages, so I bought it. It seems that it first becomes cream, gel, and foam. I understood that it changed from cream to foam, but I couldn't quite figure out which part was gel. But since it starts as a cream, it's comfortable to use, and you don't need a foaming net, so you can save time when washing your face in the morning. The refreshing scent is also pleasant.
I don't use it every day, but when I wash my face with this, my face really becomes beautiful!! It becomes whiter and my makeup goes on much better. After using this, some people I met said to me, "Huh? Did you change your makeup?" or "You look beautiful today." I like it so much that I keep using it.
