Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Although it's a refreshing type, it has a slight thickness and is moisturizing. Since it's winter, I was worried about whether a refreshing type would be okay because I have combination skin, but it wasn't too sticky and was just right for moisturizing. However, it felt like it was difficult to absorb into the skin.
I liked this serum so much that I also bought the lotion. I've only just started using it, but it feels good. It's thick, but absorbs quickly. It doesn't sting. I have poor eyesight, so I'm happy that it can be used without removing the lid.
I'm not sure if this lotion is right for my skin, but after applying my makeup base after using it, white flakes came out, which was disappointing. It has a thick, fragrant texture, but it's refreshing and easy to use. Many Derma Laser products have a nice scent, and I like this one.
I bought this lotion because I thought the concentrated, penetrating vitamin C would be effective on my pores. It's a refreshing, yet thick, lotion. It has a citrus scent. I haven't seen any changes in its effect on my pores or moisturizing effects yet, so I'll rate it as neither good nor bad.
Even though it contains vitamin C, it's not sticky and has minimal irritation, making it easy to use. I like how it leaves my skin feeling refreshed.
