How to use
Do not use on areas with wounds, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. Use with caution, checking for any abnormalities on your skin. Discontinue use if you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itchiness, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening during or after use, or after exposure to sunlight. Continuing use may worsen the condition, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist. If product gets into eyes, rinse immediately. Do not use for any purpose other than as directed. Keep out of reach of infants and young children and in extremely cold, hot, and humid places, away from direct sunlight, and out of reach of children. As this product contains naturally derived ingredients, fading or discoloration may occur, but this does not affect the quality.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
