How to use
Use without wetting your hands or face. Dispense a cherry-sized amount of cream into dry hands and spread it on the palm of your hand. Place it on your face, wrapping your hands around it. Gently massage the cream into your entire face. Even in areas with noticeable dirt, do not scrub, but massage it in slowly and carefully. Once the cream has been absorbed into your entire face, wet your hands and gently rub your wet hands over your entire face in circular motions, emulsifying the cream with lukewarm water until it becomes a cloudy white. Emulsifying helps remove makeup better and makes it easier to rinse off. Once the cream has been fully emulsified, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water to wash it off. If you prefer a refreshing feeling after washing, we recommend using a facial cleanser after this.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
