Dream Dust makes every day a special day. It adds a soft, light and delicate shine to your lips and cheeks. The special applicator makes it easy to apply.

After applying lip color to your lips, tap the applicator to apply Dream Dust all over. Repeat until your lips are sparkling. Designed for use on the lips, apply generously with confidence. After creating a base with a primer or foundation, apply Stick With Me Glitter Primer to the high points of your cheekbones. Take some Dream Dust on the applicator and apply it over the top. Use the pads of your fingers to blend.
