How to use
After shampooing, lightly drain the water, apply an appropriate amount to the entire hair, and then rinse thoroughly. We recommend using it together with Jurem iP Thalasso Repair Repair Serum Shampoo (Moist & Smooth). If the contents are difficult to dispense, lightly tap the bottom before use.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used a trial pack. The shampoo lathered well and washed my hair without any roughness. I had no complaints about the conditioner. The scent was subdued and mild. After drying, my hair was well-formed and smooth, but it felt a little dry. I didn't have any deciding factor that made me think it had to be this, but I was curious about it, so I'm glad I tried it.

It was comfortable to use and didn't feel dry.
The foaming is moderate, but I like the scent so I've bought it 2-3 times. After using a hair dryer, my hair doesn't feel very moisturized, but rather smooth. There was not much bedhead or flyaways the next day, and my hair was easy to manage while I was using this shampoo.
