Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I think the shampoo lathers well. I have oily scalp and it used to be normal to shampoo twice, but with this lather I can get by with just one. My hair is now smooth and manageable. I will continue to use it for a while.
I bought this after seeing it in a magazine called LD〇. It feels like my hair has calmed down. I've bought both the shampoo and the treatment again, but the oil seems to have a different scent even though it's from the same series, so I no longer use it.
This shampoo is less than 1000 yen, but it's really good. It doesn't dry out your hair after washing, it lathers well, and I like the smell! If you're a shampoo refugee, I recommend you try it!
