How to use
After applying lotion in the morning and evening, pump the dispenser twice into the palm of your hand, then take an appropriate amount on your fingertips and apply it to the areas of concern. Then, gently apply the remaining serum to your entire face.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
It doesn't dry out the skin and is very comfortable to use. It's just a sample, so I don't know if it has any whitening effect, but I wonder if it's worth the price. There are many similar products that are a little cheaper, so I might not buy it.
After just one use, I noticed my skin got whiter! I use the Benefique line, so maybe that's also an effect? It's moisturizing and comfortable to wear, so I'm glad I bought it!

I purchased this from Suzykirei. I switched from HAKU. I prefer this product. HAKU and this one contain the same 4MSK whitening ingredients, but this one has a softer texture that blends more easily into the skin. It also contains botanical ingredients, so it feels like a good deal. The scent is elegant and I love it. Refills are available, so I'll be repurchasing this for a while.
