How to use
After applying lotion in the morning and evening, pump the dispenser twice into the palm of your hand, then take an appropriate amount onto your fingertips and apply to the areas of concern. Then, gently smooth the remaining serum into your entire face. <How to Set the Refill Container> (1) Remove the cover cap from the outer container, hold the dispenser by the shoulder, and turn it counterclockwise to remove it. (2) Remove the dispenser from the empty refill container. (3) Remove the cap from the new refill container and attach the dispenser. (4) Place the refill container with dispenser back into the outer container and turn it clockwise until it clicks into place. *When opening and closing the dispenser, be sure to turn the shoulder of the dispenser. If you accidentally turn the top, the dispenser may become unusable. ◇Do not wash the dispenser; simply set it as is. ◇Do not transfer any remaining contents from the previous container into the refill container. ◇If any irritation occurs on your skin after exposure to direct sunlight, discontinue use. ◇Always insert the refill into the main unit before use. Using the refill as is may cause discoloration. ◇To maintain the quality of the contents, do not use with any other dispenser than Benefique Holistic Bright. ◇For hygiene reasons, do not remove the dispenser from the container during use. ◇If the dispenser no longer moves smoothly, purchase a new main unit. ◇Keep out of reach of infants and young children. ◇Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. ◇Be careful of fire.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I think there are many people who are undecided between HAKU and this one. I am one of them. They are both made by Shiseido, the ingredients are almost the same, and the price is in the same range. So I chose this one based on its appearance and use it. I also like the scent. The texture is quite sticky, but when you put it on your skin and press it with your hands it blends in nicely. I always use this serum on days when I feel like I've been exposed to a lot of UV rays. Of course it doesn't remove existing spots, but since I started using this one they haven't gotten darker and I don't think I've developed any new spots. However, HAKU has more point rebates and campaigns, so I'm not sure which one to buy once I finish the one I'm using now.

I bought this product because I had gotten blemishes for the first time and wanted to take care of them. I heard from a Shiseido beauty consultant that this product is effective on blemishes and redness from acne scars, so I chose this product. The instructions for use were one pump for the entire face and one pump for areas of concern. However, it didn't spread very well when I used it, so one pump wasn't enough to spread all over my face. The texture isn't heavy, so it's easy to use. I haven't seen any major results yet, but I plan to continue using it.
