Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used the light ochre ^^ It has better pore coverage than any other BB cream I've used so far. Heim cosmetics are gentle on the skin and easy to use, so I was able to start using this cream with confidence. In fact, I haven't had any problems using it. It gives a translucent finish, so it's the best BB cream I've used recently (^o^)
It has a matte finish and is gentle on the skin. It has good coverage and is reasonably priced, so I will continue to use it. I'm happy to have found a good BB cream after such a long time.
I use Light Ochre. It's a BB cream that's just the right amount of moisturizing. I think it's best for me to take a small amount and use it on specific areas. The other day, I applied it all over my face, and it felt a bit sticky. It might not be as sticky in the middle of winter. The pink color of the packaging is a bit questionable, but I think the contents are good.
I'm a foundation shy person, and even when I used products with good reviews, they would come off badly, but my mother used Heim's BB cream and her skin looked beautiful. I tried it myself, and one bottle made my skin beautiful, and it didn't come off badly even after a while!!! I thought I'd finally found it! I've been using it for a year now and haven't had any skin problems! The price is also pretty reasonable, so I hope it doesn't get discontinued!!
I usually use mineral foundation, but recently I've noticed that it's starting to look a bit off, so I've been using this product and face powder. The cream spreads easily and lasts well, so I'd definitely buy it again!
