In the morning and evening, or morning and evening, take an appropriate amount in the palm of your hand and gently rub it into areas where you are concerned about sagging skin (thighs, hips, abdomen, arms) using your fist.
I bought this to slim down my upper arms. I don't use it to lose weight, but to tone them up. I hate having flabby arms, so I'm continuing to use it.
I was looking for body care products that I could use in spring and summer, so I bought this. Since it's a gel, it feels sticky at first, but once it's absorbed, it's not sticky and seems good for the coming season. It's a little cool, so I'd like to use it for night care. The scent is a bit peculiar, which bothers me.
It has a nice scent and is cool and refreshing.

At first, I went to Clarins to buy Body Fit, but when I told them that I was worried about the thickness of my upper arms, they said that this would be good if the flesh and skin were to separate and sway like a furisode, so I bought it. It feels refreshing when you apply it. It feels good to apply it to your feet on a day when you've walked a lot. I don't know if it has eliminated the upper arms, but it might be good to continue using it.
