In the morning and evening, or both morning and evening, take an appropriate amount in the palm of your hand and massage it into your entire body. Apply from your ankles to your waist, and from your wrists to your shoulders. Apply clockwise to your stomach, and from back to front to your waist. Gently massage it into areas where you are concerned about sagging skin (thighs, hips, abdomen, arms) using your fists.
