The Public Organics is releasing its third series, "Super Shiny," which aims to achieve the brand's highest level of finish in its history.*1 In addition to the "4D Phytoshine Moist Complex*2," which locks plant-derived functional ingredients deep within the hair, it also contains three types of concentrated, freshly squeezed oils*3, and the brand's first eco-friendly treatment, "Eco Silicone*4." Recommended for those who want to restore shine to damaged hair, those with difficult-to-run hair, and those who want to feel refreshed. The citrus floral scent, made from 100% essential oils, will leave you feeling refreshed. How to use
After shampooing, lightly drain the water and take an appropriate amount in your hand. Take a deep, slow breath and enjoy the aroma of the essential oils. Rub it thoroughly into your hair, then rinse. If it is difficult to get the contents out, tilt the container slightly and tap the bottom lightly before using.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The shampoo lathers well and leaves my hair feeling moisturized after washing. The conditioner is neither good nor bad. The scent is a bit strong, but it's not artificial and doesn't linger in my hair too strongly, so it's tolerable.
I like the loose texture and the light finish, so I've purchased it again. My hair is normal thickness and volume, slightly thicker and fuller, and I struggle with dryness and frizz. I massage it in carefully, leave it on for about three minutes, and then rinse it out. When I apply it, it feels thinner than other treatments, but once I rinse it out and dry, it leaves my hair feeling light yet moisturized. I think it has a strong scent. I also like the essential oil scent. I'll probably buy it again.
