How to use
How to refill into a bottle. wash the inside of the bottle with water and dry thoroughly. *If water gets inside the pump, it may not produce foam, so wash it without pressing the pump and dry it thoroughly. Twist the cap to open. *Please be careful not to hold the pack too tightly as the liquid may splash out. Place the spout over the mouth of the bottle and pour slowly. Make sure the amount of liquid does not exceed the refill limit line on the back of the bottle. *If you put in too much liquid, it may overflow when you attach the pump. Tightly close the cap before storing.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
