I received a sample along with a Trilogy face pack. Adding a little to your lotion or cream really boosts the moisturizing effect. It's an oil, but it spreads easily.
I've been keeping Trilogy Rosehip Oil on hand for over 10 years. I've repurchased dozens of bottles. I've cheated on my ex-wife at times, but the other women kept discontinuing the product. This oil, which will never go out of stock as long as Trilogy exists, is a reliable choice. I use it to massage my skin in the bath. The thickness of the oil is just right. I've been massaging my skin for 25 years, and this oil is outstanding at removing dullness. I haven't noticed any dullness since I started using this. I don't have any pore problems. Most of the questions and answers on Suzykirei are about pores, dullness, combination skin, or dry skin, followed by sagging skin. But if I continued using this for 10 years, the dryness and combination skin problems would be solved. I don't think expensive serums are necessary. You can't just slather on expensive cosmetics and become beautiful. In my 40s, I used Job's Tears lotion, this, and horse oil, and from 45 onwards, Sisley emulsion was all I needed. When I measure my moisture content at the cosmetics counter, it always goes way off the charts, surprising the beauty advisors. Now that I'm over 50, I've cut back on the frequency of massages and switched to non-touch beauty treatments, but I still can't give it up.
I bought it because many of the people I follow recommended it and other reviews were glowing. I've gotten over my usual pickiness and am experimenting with various cosmetics, but over 10 years ago, I was a so-called naturalist. I loved herbal and plant-based oils and creams, and imported them myself. For some reason, I hadn't tried Trilogy, so I became interested in it again. I've been using it for about two weeks, and I can definitely feel that my skin's moisture retention has improved. The bags under my eyes had been getting worse, and I'd been trying various makeup techniques to make them look sunken, but recently, they've started to seem less noticeable. I think it's probably because this oil has improved my skin's moisture retention and made it look plumper. I only use it at night, starting with three drops, but I've gotten used to it, so now I use five. I use it as the first step in my skincare routine after a bath. It has a deep orange color, unique to rosehip. Even though it's an oil, it absorbs quickly into the skin like a serum. It's strange, but when I apply a lotion afterwards, it gives off a slightly oily feel. If you're incorporating it into a massage, I recommend adding moisture to your skin. However, one thing to be careful of is oxidation. When I was sticking to natural products, I used rosehip oil from another manufacturer, but I remember it not smelling good, and now that I think about it, it may have oxidized. This is certainly not the case with this Trilogy, and you don't even notice the smell unless you pay attention. (The degree of refinement may also be better than before.) I want to avoid applying oxidized oil, so I'll try to use it up quickly. (That's why I increased the amount I use.) The price is reasonable, so I'll continue using it. I'll update again.
I found this in the 2026 Koskichi lucky bag and it had good reviews, so I bought it. I've been using it for a week now. I'm itchy. It might be due to pollen or yellow sand, but it feels itchy when I apply it. I'll wait and see.
