Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using Orbis products for over 10 years, and I've had no trouble using them since. I've been using the Bright series ever since. The moisturizer is a moisturizing type, but it's not sticky! I use three pumps. However, I often find my skin feels dry in the morning, so I add another moisturizing cream, especially in the winter. It spreads easily and is reasonably priced, so I recommend trying it out.

It's non-sticky and easy to use! I also like how it comes out with a push. I'm looking forward to seeing results with continued use.
