Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have a small child, so I wash my hands frequently. My hands are very rough, so I use a lot of hand cream. I've been searching for a hand cream that's safe for my child to use, yet moisturizing and not too sticky. I generally use it in conjunction with the cream I got from the dermatologist. The product description for this product says it can be used in between childcare duties, and it contains over 90% natural ingredients, so I bought it. I was particularly drawn to the ceramides and lactobacillus. It has a light texture, and even a small amount spreads easily. Because it's so light, I feel like the moisturizing power is a little lacking, but there's a big difference between applying it and not applying it. It doesn't have an immediate effect, so I'll continue using it steadily.
It has a smooth texture and can be used comfortably even at work. It doesn't feel super moisturizing right away, so I'd like to continue using it to see the results.
It's not sticky and has no smell, so it's great for sewing.
I've bought this product many times for work. I've tried a lot of different products, but this one is the easiest to use because it dries quickly, the amount is generous, and it's odorless.
It's moist. I like it.
