How to use
Always wear the included safety glasses when using the beauty device. 1. Before using this product, shave the area to be treated. Then, thoroughly wash and dry the shaved area. This will allow the light to reach the hair follicles more easily, increasing the effectiveness of hair removal. 2. Wear the included safety glasses. Plug the AC adapter into the device. The light on the device will turn on and display "OFF." 3. Press and hold the power touch button for 2 seconds to start the device. Check the mode on the display before use. 4. Switch between modes depending on your intended use. Briefly press the touch button (left) on the display to adjust the level. For hair removal, make sure "HR" is displayed on the display. 5. The irradiation level can be adjusted in 9 levels. Briefly press the "+" touch button on the display to adjust the level. If using for the first time, be sure to start with "1" (the weakest level). After that, increase the level while observing the condition of your skin. The higher the level, the stronger the effect, but the greater the risk of skin irritation. Set the intensity to a comfortable level. 6. Irradiation Settings (1) Manual Irradiation Mode: When you turn on the device, it automatically switches to manual irradiation mode. Press the irradiation button once for one irradiation. (2) Automatic Irradiation Mode: After turning on the device, press and hold the irradiation button. The display will show "AUTO" and the device will switch to automatic irradiation mode. Position the head perpendicularly against the area to be treated and irradiation will start automatically. 7. If you need the cooling function, press the power/cool touch button. A mark will appear on the display and the cooling function will begin. Press it again to turn off the cooling function. 8. After irradiation is complete, press and hold the power button (irradiation button) for 2 seconds to turn off the power. The device will also automatically turn off after 5 minutes of inactivity. 9. Once the power is off, unplug the AC adapter from the device. * Once the heat from the irradiation surface has cooled (this may take about 10 minutes), wipe the irradiation surface clean with an alcohol-free wet tissue or soft cloth. Precautions for Use: * Always shave any unwanted hair before use. * For first-time use, always start with level 1 for safety. * Use only one function on the same area per day. * If you want to use a different function on the same area, wait a day before doing so. * After thoroughly cleaning the device, return it to the box. Store the product in a well-ventilated, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. * For skin safety, please refrain from use if any of the following apply to you (use under these conditions is at your own risk): - Pregnant or breastfeeding. - Those receiving medical treatment or taking medication. - Those with photosensitivity.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
