How to use
This product's cleaning function locks in the nutrients of cosmetics. Vibrations remove surface and pore-dwelling impurities that are difficult to remove with just cleansing or face washing, improving skin clarity. DEEP CLEAN mode uses vibrations to remove surface and pore-dwelling impurities, removing dead skin cells and excess keratin, improving skin clarity. FULLY ABSORB+ Red Light mode delivers delicate vibrations and gentle currents. The 620nm red light illuminates the skin, blocking UV rays to reveal firmer, more radiant skin. MOISTURE+ Blue Light mode penetrates moisturizing ingredients from lotions and sheet masks for enhanced hydration. The 450nm blue LED light maintains the ideal balance of moisture and oil. Note: To prevent skin irritation, do not use multiple cotton pads. The head and sensor must be in contact with the skin at the same time for vibrations to occur. No cotton pads are required for each mode; please use emulsion or a sheet mask together. Use on the same area for no more than 10 seconds. Please be aware that this product generates a slight current, which may cause a tingling sensation when used.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
