Frequently Asked Questions
Is this authentic?
Yes. Every item is bought from an official seller in Japan, or direct from the brand for pre-orders,
never from resellers or grey market stock. Counterfeits and grey market listings are a real problem in
Asian beauty online, and buying only through official channels is how we rule it out.
What are your shipping rates?
On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.
Orders of US$75 or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout. Your exact shipping cost is shown before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.
- United States: 12 to 15 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 9 to 12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland: 10 to 13 business days
- China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam: 8 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 11 to 18 business days
Actual delivery can be affected by customs clearance, seasonal congestion, or carrier delays in the destination country, all of which are outside our control.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I bought this as a finishing touch. I also bought a similar brown from Vise for comparison, but this one is darker. The Vise one looks darker, but when I actually applied it, the Kate one was darker, which was a bit strange. I somehow like how the Kate one applies more smoothly. When I want to use a palette that's cute but lacks a finishing touch, like a four-color eyeshadow from a department store, it's reassuring to have a small, single-color finishing touch like this in my pouch.
I bought this because I wanted a more mature look. It's a dark khaki color, but I feel like it's easy to use even for cool-toned skin tones. The color doesn't last very long (maybe because I scratch my eyes a lot).
Additional purchase: M113 Goldish Red/Bold. I bought this on January 31, 2026, because I wanted to create a red look around my eyes. I applied it like eyeliner and it was perfect! The vermilion color, perfect for those who call themselves warm-toned and fall-toned, is complemented by the gold glitter. ----------------------------------- Distortion of Space-Time (Ruby Prism) is a reddish brown with striking green glitter. It has a slightly unique shimmer. (*´з`) When applied thinly, it looks like a brown eyeshadow, so it's surprisingly easy to use. I also use it for office makeup. The powder has a slightly moist texture. Peeking into the Future (Blossom Prism) is a bright coral orange that's perfect for summer! The fine gold glitter sparkles beautifully! The powder has a slightly moist texture. Living Freely (Blossom Tea) It looks dark, but it's actually sheer when applied. You can easily adjust the intensity by layering! I love the pink glitter look. This is my favorite so far. The powder has a moist texture. These are all colors chosen under the name "Desire," but the color and glitter are great.
I was looking for a dark color to put on the crease of my eyes. It has a sparkly look and blends naturally, so it's easy to use.
Cool Winter/Summer PS401 is seriously cute and the best. Just dab it on your under-eye bags and in the center of your eyelids with your finger for a sparkly, cute look. M101 goes well with purples and pinks, and it can also be used as a mucous membrane color, or mixed with a light pink for a bright pink.
