Frequently Asked Questions
Is this authentic?
Yes. Every item is bought from an official seller in Japan, or direct from the brand for pre-orders,
never from resellers or grey market stock. Counterfeits and grey market listings are a real problem in
Asian beauty online, and buying only through official channels is how we rule it out.
What are your shipping rates?
On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.
Orders of US$75 or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout. Your exact shipping cost is shown before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.
- United States: 12 to 15 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 9 to 12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland: 10 to 13 business days

- Rest of the world: 11 to 18 business days
Actual delivery can be affected by customs clearance, seasonal congestion, or carrier delays in the destination country, all of which are outside our control.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
These single-color eyeshadows come in a variety of colors and textures. They're handy when you want to add a playful touch, or when you've used up one color in your eyeshadow palette but still want to buy a similar shade. And the single-color case is key. Its transparency makes it easy to instantly distinguish between different shades, even when you have multiple shades. 063 Mauve Beige Matte. It's an exquisite shade that's lighter than the highlight color but darker than the base color. It feels more like a pale brown-beige with a slight reddish tint than it actually appears. While it's not particularly eye-catching, it's versatile enough to blend a highlight color to create a gradation or use alone for muted makeup. It does flake a little in the case, but tapping it on a tissue after use is no problem. Since it's a single color, even if it does flake, it won't mix with other colors.
I've only used this shade, No. 002, so far, but I use it as a brown accent color and on the eyelid. The glitter is a little coarse, but it's not too flashy, so I wear it a lot. I'm thinking of buying the accent color next.
It's a pink-beige shade that gives off a beautiful sparkle. It's well worth the price and I can even use it on my tear bags, so it's really useful!
It's a little darker than a bright pink, but it's a color that suits my eyelids well. Since it's Kate, it has good color payoff and a shimmery finish without needing to apply too thickly, so I think it will be useful.
I picked up KATE The Eye Color when I wanted a single-color eyeshadow. The powder is moist and fine, and it doesn't smudge easily whether I apply it with my fingers or a brush, making it highly versatile as a base color. I think it's perfect for natural-looking people who want to make their eyes look bigger with natural shading rather than glitter or a strong shine. Even when layered with multiple colors, it doesn't become muddy, and I felt that it was an item that could easily balance the overall impression of the face even when used alone.
