Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use this one and Laneige depending on my mood. It's moisturizing. This one comes in a tube, so it's convenient. It's not too expensive, so I think it's good value for money.
I hated my thin lips, so I was looking for a lip product containing Volufiline, and then I found this and bought it. It hasn't really added volume to my lips yet, but it's very moisturizing, and when I use it at night, it stays moisturized until morning, and it feels good to use. I'll buy it again when I run out.
I wanted to do something about the vertical lines on my lips, so after reading various reviews, I decided to give this product a try and it was a huge hit! It has a smooth texture and the tip of the container is shaped to fit the lips perfectly, making it very easy to apply. I've only been using it for about a week, but my lips have already become plumper! Of course, I still have vertical lines, but because they're plumper, lipstick and gloss go on so beautifully!
