Frequently Asked Questions
Is this authentic?
Yes. Every item is bought from an official seller in Japan, or direct from the brand for pre-orders,
never from resellers or grey market stock. Counterfeits and grey market listings are a real problem in
Asian beauty online, and buying only through official channels is how we rule it out.
What are your shipping rates?
On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.
Orders of US$75 or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout. Your exact shipping cost is shown before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.
- United States: 12 to 15 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 9 to 12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland: 10 to 13 business days
- China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam: 8 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 11 to 18 business days
Actual delivery can be affected by customs clearance, seasonal congestion, or carrier delays in the destination country, all of which are outside our control.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
Compared to pressed powder, it applies thinly and softly, so I like that I can apply makeup without removing too much powder.
It's very smooth and lasts for a long time, so I've repurchased it several times, but as others have said, the powder flies off and it's very difficult to use!!! So now I buy a single Maquillage powder case and carefully remove the black plastic lid of the Nars one and replace it with another. This way I can store the puff and it's easy to carry around, so it's very convenient!!
I bought it again because it's an essential when applying heavy makeup. There's a huge difference in how long your makeup lasts with or without it. I've also used the pressed type, but the loose type is easier to use and picks up the powder. The only drawback when it comes to portability is that the NARS puff doesn't fit into the case, so I use the Chacott puff instead. My personal tip is to wait a while after applying foundation before using it.
I've already bought about four or five of these! I haven't written a review yet. I think this is an excellent product that makes looking beautiful in the mirror in the evening a reality. I originally used the solid version, but I find this powder more convenient. I've tried other loose powders, but in the end, this is my number one! Fine particles A beautiful finish that feels like a gentle filter on the skin No smudging, no shine, and still looks beautiful even when smudging (even for work where I'm on the move all day) The effects of loose powder are definitely here. The cost performance isn't so bad after all, I guess.
It's a ghost story, but one summer I was walking around in the scorching heat with a face mask on, and I felt like I was sweating. When I touched my face, it was still smooth, like Carol... (I don't know what that means.) Life's cosmetics are the answer. For those who sweat a lot, have oily skin, or want to keep their face looking fresh even in the summer, a face mask is the answer. Coverage: ☆☆☆☆★ Streak-off: ★★★★★ Transparent, with almost no coverage, and the color of your foundation and primer shows through (Taichi). No scent. Smooth and smooth. Rosie Rosa's Microfiber Puff S is perfect. The question is whether loose powder or pressed powder is better, but personally, either is fine. However, pressed powder is easy to carry around and adjust the amount, but I feel like it runs out quickly. Loose powder dispenses a lot of powder, so if you don't want to apply too much, you need to adjust the amount. By the way, I prefer pressed powder. In the photo, the top right is pressed, the bottom right is loose, and the left is the bare surface of ori.
