Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

For me, this is the most effective product for pore cleansing, and it's my favorite. However, I'm concerned about the dust that comes out when I open each one, so I try to find a different product, but in the end, it always comes back.
I've bought this face wash several times. I don't think it has any dramatic effects, but using it occasionally makes my skin feel better, so I keep it on hand. After washing, my skin feels refreshed and not tight. Another plus is that it comes in small, individual packages, making it easy to take with me when traveling.
The cleansing power is a little milder than I expected for an enzyme face wash, so it's nice that my skin doesn't feel tight or dry after rinsing. I think it does a good job of removing roughness and sebum. However, it seems a little less effective on dark spots, and they didn't come off in one go.
I had a lot of blackheads on my nose, but after just one wash, more than half of them disappeared, and my skin didn't feel tight, so it's great. I'll definitely be buying it again.
I used it on a weekend morning when I was concerned about rough pores. The powder lathers up nicely and is gentle on the skin while washing. After rinsing, my skin's surface felt smooth, and the lotion I applied afterward seemed to penetrate more easily. Rather than using it every day, it's a great product to use as a skin reset to help balance your skin.
