Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought it again after a long time. This is my favorite Obagi lotion. Even if you use a lot of water, it doesn't feel sticky and is moisturizing. I choose this when my skin is rough, but it calms down after a few days of use, so I think it suits my skin.
I have dry skin. I usually use Obagi's Frame Lift series, but when I tried the tester at the store (on my hands), I was surprised at how bouncy it was, so I bought this. It's refreshing. It might be good for summer. My face didn't feel tight at all. But after about a week, my cheeks started to feel rough. I looked into it and found that it was caused by dryness. I was surprised because I'd never experienced such roughness before. Skin care is important. It doesn't suit me, so I'm going back to the Frame Lift series. I still have about 80% left. I can't just throw it away...
I tried Obagi Active Base Clear Lotion! Since it's summer, I wanted a lotion that felt refreshing, and this time I found Obagi! It's refreshing, but I want it to deliver moisture deep into the stratum corneum! I'm trying to get rid of my inner dryness, so I'm splashing a lot after the bath! I also bought the lotion, so I'll use the whole line to thoroughly care for my skin. It's hot, and I'm worried about my pores opening up, but I'm going to hydrate my skin thoroughly and aim for clear, even skin.
It's easy to use and you can splash it around! I think it's great for use in the morning.
