Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It moisturizes well enough to leave a sticky feeling, but since I have very dry skin, I felt dry in the morning, which wasn't enough. Unless you have extremely dry skin, it leaves your skin feeling plump and supple, so I don't think it's a problem. The texture is smooth and absorbs quickly into the skin. I also like the scent.

My skin felt great the morning after using it for the first time! I could tell it was firmer and properly moisturized. However, the scent is a bit unique, so some people may not like it. When using it, it's best to take two pumps in your hands, warm it up a bit, and then apply it to your face for better absorption.
It spreads well and is absorbed quickly! It also has a nice scent. Just swirl it around and it absorbs right into your face. It may not be that moisturizing, but it's great for everyday use! As expected from Obagi!
