If you are drawing your eyebrows with a pencil or powder, use this product after drawing them. 1. Take an appropriate amount on the brush and apply to the end of the eyebrow, then the arch of the eyebrow, then the beginning of the eyebrow, going against the natural flow of the eyebrows. 2.
