What it is
A powdery formula that colors well but doesn't harden. Compact brush makes it easy to apply and comb. Quick-drying and waterproof. Contains two types of moisturizing ingredients. Easy makeup removal with warm water. Dark beige that goes well with black or dark hair colors.

How to use
If you are using a pencil or powder to draw your eyebrows, use this product after drawing them. 1. Take an appropriate amount onto the brush and apply it against the natural direction of your eyebrows, from the end to the arch to the beginning. 2. Next, comb your eyebrows from the beginning to the end to arrange the hairs. Applying more liquid before it dries will give you even better color.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Easy to apply and the color is just right
It really does make your eyebrows look less noticeable. I keep buying it because it applies evenly and neatly without clumping the liquid onto my eyebrows.
Years ago, a tester of this product came with an eyeliner just before it was released, and it was so good that I was determined to buy it when it was released! However, it was hard to find in stores, so I gave up and started using something else. When I started using @, I searched and found it in stock, so I bought it immediately. However, perhaps because it had been in stock for so long, the contents were a bit dry and runny...it clumped and became sticky...The tester applied beautifully, but it quickly became smooth, and I have yet to find a better eyebrow mascara. I've been looking everywhere for a newer version in stores, but I can't find one...
