1. Use the pencil to fill in any missing hairs, following the natural flow of the hairs. 2. Blend the powder over the entire eyebrow to create a natural, three-dimensional look. <Caution> Do not use the core more than 2mm. If it is extended too far, it may break. If it is difficult to draw when first starting out, smooth the tip with tissue paper before use. For a neater drawing, blend the powder evenly over the entire tip before use.
