How to use
After applying the serum, take a pearl-sized amount into the palm of your hand and place it on five areas: your chin, both cheeks, nose, and forehead, then gently blend it into your entire face.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The Skinfonia serum was so good that I started using the cream as well. As expected, it's just as good as the serum! I mainly use it in my morning skincare routine. It's a versatile product that can be used in both summer and winter. It doesn't interfere with the sunscreen, primer, or foundation I use afterwards. It moisturizes my skin well throughout the day and keeps it stable until night. I was originally using Kanebo's Cream in Day, but this cream was a better fit for me in terms of the finish and moisturizing feel!
I was attracted to doctor's cosmetics and bought this because my skin tends to get rough. It moisturizes well without being sticky. I like heavier creams, so at first I felt a little underwhelmed, but it kept my skin moisturized until morning, so I'm happy.
I tried this cream, which locks in moisture, soothes skin, and maintains supple firmness. It's thick yet fluffy. It spreads easily and feels moisturizing without feeling sticky. The scent may be the same as the serum I use with it, but personally, it reminds me of the ingredients. The scent isn't too strong, and the packaging, a subtle shade between dull gray and green, makes me think it might be suitable for men too. My skin tends to get rough and dry due to autumn hay fever, and I've been a little shocked recently when people told me my skin looked tired. This seems like it would suit my skin.
I wanted to try out the SKINFONIA line, so I also bought the cream. It has just the right texture, neither too light nor too thick, and it seals in the moisture nicely. The scent is the same citrus herbal scent as the lotion. I plan to continue using it.
It's not bad to use, but the serum is more effective.
