What it is
This oil gel cleanser uses a thick, heavy gel that melts and transforms into an oil as the skin heats up. The Ultimate Reset formula not only removes makeup but also targets air pollutants (*) and bacterial balance, gently and thoroughly removing the day's fatigue from your skin. In addition, treatment ingredients such as manuka oil (*1) and birch extract, which have antibacterial properties, simultaneously condition the skin, leaving it feeling plump and absorbed after washing. *This refers to washing away fine particles in the air that have adhered to the skin and are the cause of dullness. How to use
Apply to dry skin. Take an appropriate amount (about the size of a cherry) in your hand and apply it to both cheeks, nose, forehead, and chin. Gently massage the entire face in circular movements for about 30 seconds. Rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Even though it's a gel, it removes waterproof makeup well and leaves your skin feeling refreshed and clean. However, if it gets in your eyes, it can sting and hurt, which may be a bit of a drawback.
I bought this because Shikanoma-chan recommended it. It has an easy-to-use texture.
It's a thick gel, but when you swirl it around, it feels smooth and silky, which is the sign that your makeup is being removed. I've been using it for about a week now, and it feels good. I do double cleanse.
I've been using this cleanser for about 10 years. I don't double cleanse with just this one, but I don't have to worry about residue, and I like the soft, supple feeling it leaves on my skin after cleansing. After using it for a while, I sometimes find myself looking for something better, or more cost-effective, and I end up trying other cleansers, but every time I try something else, I always find that this one is better and I always end up going back to it. In the end, this cleanser seems to be the best for me.
