Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'm a big fan of Sympyurte's fragrance multi-oil, and the scent is so soothing that I decided to buy their skincare products as well. I usually prefer watery lotions, but this one has a thick consistency that's great for the dryness of autumn and winter. I like using cotton pads, so I thought it might be a bit of a waste, but the thick consistency means it's gentle on the skin and allows for a more even application, which I really like. It moisturizes well without feeling sticky, and best of all, the soothing scent lived up to my expectations. I plan to buy it again when I run out, but I'd also like to try other skincare products depending on the season.

It has a thick texture that spreads comfortably and soothes the skin. In my case, in the winter, one application leaves my skin feeling tight, so I apply a generous amount twice, pressing firmly.
