What it is
This facial cleanser for sensitive skin is designed to be gentle on the skin and retain moisture. The soft creamy lather thoroughly removes impurities from pores, balancing the skin's moisture level for a moisturized finish. It excels at retaining moisture and has been adjusted to a slightly acidic pH of 5.5, which is ideal for skin that is beautiful and resistant to trouble. It quickly moisturizes and protects sensitive skin, which tends to become alkaline after cleansing.

How to use
After removing makeup, take an appropriate amount in your hand, add water and create a sufficient lather. Gently massage the entire face. Rinse the lather with lukewarm water and pat dry with a towel.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The fluffy foam feels gentle on the skin! I absolutely love the scent of this product. The amount of face wash is quite large, so it's great value for money. I don't mind the tightness after washing, so it's also recommended for dry skin.
It was described as a gel, but it felt more like a foam. It created a fine lather. It had a gentle, soapy scent and was easy to use. I didn't feel any tightness after washing my face.
It cleanses dead skin cells! I like washing my face, but I was looking for a cleanser that wouldn't make my skin feel dry in the winter and this one didn't leave my skin feeling dry. It doesn't lather well, so I have to use quite a lot, but it doesn't strip away too much moisture, so it was pretty good. However, I think I'll use it less often in the spring. It was very reliable for people with thin or sensitive skin.
The scent is nice and it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight. The only thing I'm concerned about is that it creates a coarse lather when I lather it.
It's listed as a gel, but it's a good lathering face wash! I love using it because it leaves my skin moisturized and plump without making it feel tight.
