Chacott COSMETICS Multicolor Variation Silky (SK11)

I purchased SK04 for face highlighting. I usually like Laura Mercier's Matte Radiance Baked Powder, a subtle highlighter, but I wanted to lighten my bag, so I tried this compact. I'm not a fan of highlighters with glitter or metallic sheen. Cream-based products like this tend to cover some areas more than others, but after blending it into the back of my hand and tapping it on, it blended beautifully into my skin. It doesn't have the shimmer of glitter, but rather a natural, pearly sheen for a natural, beautiful finish. The Laura Mercier product is a powder, so it blends more naturally and softly into the skin, but the finish feels similar. It's easy to use and doesn't contain any strong colors like gold or pink. I followed a review I read about applying it to my under-eye bags, and it also left a beautiful, dewy look.

I purchased Chacott Multicolor Variation Silky SK04 from Suzykirei online shopping. It's a pearly balm-like multicolor that gives off a subtle shine. When used as a base for eyeshadow or highlighter, it improves color payoff and color retention. It can also be used alone as a highlighter. It's a versatile multicolor that I highly recommend.

The application feels somewhere between cream and powder. It's pigmented, but light and smooth, so it's not uncomfortable. Incidentally, I had no problems layering this Silky (SK) and other powder eyeshadows, but layering Twinkle (TW) caused them to tangle... so it might be best to avoid layering this multi-color variation. (I've had no problems with Balm (BA) at times, but I haven't tested it with Matte (MA), Pearl (PE), Sparkle (SP), Vivid (VV), or Glossy (GL).) [SK02] I purchased this beige (pink-beige-ish) eyeshadow base. It applied smoothly to the entire eyelid and blended well with my skin. Pairing it with a matte eyeshadow hides the glitter, so it might not be much use. So, what if I apply glitter eyeshadow...huh? Is it just my imagination that the other eyelid I forgot to apply glitter looks brighter? It didn't look like that when I looked in the mirror...? (The attached photo shows it applied with a powder eyeshadow containing glitter) [SK06] It's a brownish, muted color. It's the easiest color for anyone to use. [SK11] A vibrant nightingale color. It's a nice color for early spring. Pair it with pink to create a cherry blossom mochi look. It looks really good when used with BA08. [SK12] I bought it because I thought it might be less likely to come off compared to the monochrome gray. I haven't had a chance to use it recently, but I'd like to use it again in my winter makeup routine.

I use it as a highlighter! It's beige, so it blends well with the skin, and although it adds shine rather than brightness, it does shine when applied to the inner corners of the eyes or the bridge of the nose. It has a beautiful pearly finish, and the glitter isn't too subtle, so it doesn't make your face look sparkly, making it elegant without being flashy and very easy to use! When applying it to your cheeks, you can only apply it to a small area with your fingers, and applying it too hard can cause the foundation to smudge, so it's easier to apply it to a sponge and pat it into a wider area. Even when applied over a wide area, it gives your skin a radiant glow without being flashy! It's a cream type, but it's smooth and doesn't stick to your hair, making it easy to use.

I bought SK01 as an eyeshadow base. The glitter was larger than I expected and was sparse. The eyeshadow went on better.
