For short or medium-length hair, take a cherry-sized amount, or for medium-long to long hair, take a grape-sized amount in the palm of your hand, add a small amount of warm water, and lather. Gently wash from bottom to top, massaging your scalp with the pads of your fingers. Rinse thoroughly for about one minute, ensuring no lather remains.
