How to use
Pre-wash your scalp and hair thoroughly with lukewarm water. For short or medium-length hair, take a cherry-sized amount, or for medium-long to long hair, take a grape-sized amount in the palm of your hand, add a small amount of warm water, and lather. Gently wash from bottom to top, massaging your scalp with the pads of your fingers. Rinse thoroughly for about one minute, ensuring no lather remains. [Everyday Use] For a refreshing wash, use in conjunction with etvos Moist Treatment. [Add-on Use] For everyday use, use etvos Moist Shampoo and Moist Treatment together. For deep cleansing or when oily skin is a concern, we recommend replacing with Refresh Shampoo once or twice a week in the spring and summer.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
