Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I apply it after a bath and my skin stays moisturized the next morning. It leaves my skin soft and smooth. I also like the elegant scent. It lifts my spirits. The scent doesn't linger forever, so it's not cloying. I find lotions a little lacking in the winter. But I don't want a sticky feeling. I like products that spread easily. I recommend this to people like that. I gave it 1 star less because I want to try other products.
I use a variety of Body Shop products, but I've bought their body butter many times. It has a thick texture, but it melts with body heat, making it easy to use. It's quite easy to use even now, but in winter it might not be as moisturizing.
