Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I really wanted a coconut scent, so I bought it for the first time in decades. The Body Shop's coconut is the best. It's moisturizing and leaves my skin smooth the next day. It's a joy to sleep in. The scent isn't too strong and will bother others the next day, so I feel safe. It comes in a large bottle, so I'm excited to enjoy it this winter.
I love the smell of coconut, so it gets me excited no matter the season. In winter, it's easier to use if you put it on your fingers and warm it up.
The feel is irresistible. It has a texture that's truly body butter! It's fun to use. However, the smell is quite bothersome. Just applying it to my feet makes it noticeable when eating meals... My family even said, "The whole room smells like coconut." The scent also transferred well to my clothes, so I could still smell the sweet scent the next morning. I don't dislike coconut, and I have coconut oil and other products, but I don't like a scent that's this strong.
I've been using it for over 10 years, and I was surprised to see that the capacity has shrunk considerably. I don't think the texture has changed, but... I won't be buying it again.
I've been using argan oil until recently, but since a larger size is now available, I decided to try coconut oil this time. It has a lovely scent and is incredibly moisturizing.
