What it is
It conditions the scalp and leaves hair smooth and light. Contains plant-derived soap that cleanses thoroughly and betaine-based cleansing ingredients that reduce hair squeaking. Has a faintly sweet and refreshing scent of grapefruit and geranium essential oils. Contains no silicones, sulfate-based cleansing ingredients, mineral oils, parabens, synthetic fragrances or colorings.

How to use
After pre-washing with warm water, take an appropriate amount in your hand, apply to your hair, lather well, and wash. Rinse thoroughly. After rinsing, use LEAF&BOTANICS "Refresh Conditioner."

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have a short, flat, straight bob with almost no frizz. I used the pouch size. The shampoo lathers well, but doesn't leave my hair feeling rough. I thought it left my hair feeling pretty good for a shampoo I use every day. The treatment is quite light, so I was a little worried when I first used it, but when I dried my hair without adding any oil, it left my hair smooth and shiny. The scent wasn't too strong, and I didn't notice it after rinsing, so I personally really like it. The pouch was enough for two uses with my short hair. It's a shame I can't find a store nearby that sells it.
The scent was nice and it lathered well. It took a while to rinse off and the conditioner wasn't super moisturizing.
It has a soothing scent, but after lathering, rinsing, and drying, it's just average, for better or worse. Considering the cost-effectiveness, I don't think I'd particularly choose this one...
I bought a single-use trial pack. The freshness of grapefruit is at the forefront, with the vibrant, calming scent of geranium in the background, making for a relaxing experience throughout the shampoo. It cleanses thoroughly. The conditioner isn't heavy and leaves my hair feeling fresh and smooth.
As the name suggests, this shampoo and conditioner is refreshing. It leaves your hair smooth and shiny after blow-drying, even without the need for treatment.
