US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I don't have it at home, but I often see it at public baths and hot springs. I tried using it and it didn't irritate me, so I think it's fine for sensitive skin. It doesn't have the distinctive smell of horse oil.
I used it at a hot spring on a trip and it looked good, so I decided to buy it. It has a subtle, soft, sweet floral scent. It disappears quickly without lingering. Rather than a thick, fluffy foam, it has a thick, fine, soft, and creamy foam. It washes your body gently and smoothly. It rinses off quickly, but leaves your skin feeling moisturized. I feel like the dryness and itchiness after a bath has improved a little. My family seems to feel the same way, saying, "I want to use this during the winter!" I think I might buy it again, just for the winter season.
I bought this for my husband who has dry skin, and I use it too. It doesn't lather very well. It leaves my skin feeling refreshed after washing. It seems to have helped my husband's itchy skin a little, but it doesn't seem to have any special effect. I wish it was a little cheaper.
I've always bought it from other sites, but this time I found a campaign on Suzykirei and bought it for the first time. I found it at a hot spring. I was just about to run out, so I was glad it arrived so quickly. This series, including the shampoo and conditioner, doesn't dry out my body. My husband also likes this series. It's expensive, but I hope they have another campaign like this one.
It thoroughly moisturizes the body, but because it contains a lot of oil, it cannot be used as a body wash.
