Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this for my dry skin. It's not too sticky after application, so it's comfortable to use. If I skip a day, it tends to flake, but that has calmed down. I previously used a horse oil moisturizing cream from the same manufacturer, but this one is very hard when you pick it up from the container, so I wish it had a softer texture. I wonder if the hardness is a seasonal thing? Will it melt and become gooey in the hot summer? That's what I'm worried about.
It's my savior. It's my number one skincare product. From winter to spring, perhaps due to the detoxifying effect, I broke out in hives every day on my face and neck, and my skin peeled and became dry like when I had atopic dermatitis. Even with ceramide-containing cosmetics and stem cell-containing products, the itching and peeling continued. I was at my wit's end, and then this horse oil appeared. I applied it whenever I felt dry, using it as a skincare booster and moisturizing cream, and within about a week, all of my symptoms subsided. My skin is now better than ever. I probably wouldn't rely on this product for my skincare routine, but it's truly the perfect addition. I can't live without it...and I'll keep using it.
The scent... other than that it's perfect!!
I bought this when I went on a hot spring trip last year. It was pretty good! Last year, I often just used this one product and BB cream for my skincare routine, and people around me complimented me on how beautiful my skin was!!! However, if I left it for a while, it started to smell like an animal... (lol). It's quite expensive, and I like Sonbaiyu, so I won't be buying it again.
My hands get very rough from doing wet work, so I bought this cream to use before going to bed at night. In conclusion, my honest opinion is that it's neither good nor bad. ★Good points: The skin on my hands is less likely to peel; my hands look less aged and are slightly plumper. ★Not so good: It's unavoidably sticky; I don't expect a dramatic change. I was particularly pleased that the skin on my fingertips no longer peels. However, it's so sticky that I can only use it at night before going to bed, so I'll give it 3 stars. It's unavoidable given the product's properties, but I would appreciate it if it could be improved.
