What it is
This care item thoroughly scrubs away dead skin on heels, elbows, knees, etc. It can be used on dry skin, even without water or hot water. It can also be used on corns and calluses.

How to use
Use hot water while bathing to scrub away hard, callused skin from heels, elbows, knees, etc. The file comes with a coarse grit (back) and a medium grit (front), so use the appropriate one depending on your skin condition. Can be used even when skin is dry. After use, please use a moisturizing cream such as our sister product "Heel Cream" for aftercare. Precautions for use: . Test lightly at first, then use with caution at a strength that suits you. Use moderately and be careful not to scrub too hard. Do not use on infants' skin or soft areas. Do not use if you have any skin abnormalities. Storage for Heel Clean: . After washing with water or hot water, dry thoroughly before storing. Keep out of reach of small children.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
