Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this product because it had good reviews. My heels tend to get dry, so I used to use the same body milk I use on my legs and arms, but my heels never got smooth. But when I started using this cream, they became smooth! The product name wasn't a lie! I only use it on my heels, so it doesn't wear out quickly. It's not sticky, but because it's a cream, I wear socks after applying it.
It makes my skin smooth. I use it in the winter.
The rich cream is very moisturizing. I use it in combination with moisturizing socks, and my rough heels have gotten better!
